Amo la cucina mediterranea sincera, semplice ma non facile, ecco quella! <\/i><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h3>LA STORIA DELLO CHEF<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p class=\"p1\"><i>L&#8217;<\/i><b><i>executive Chef Paolo Cappuccio<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0segue questa vocazione da quando aveva 14 anni, lavorando in giro per l\u2019Europa, e per non perdere mai il contatto con le realt\u00e0 pi\u00f9 importanti della\u00a0<\/i><b><i>gastronomia mondiale<\/i><\/b><i>, frequenta corsi presso diverse scuole, tra le pi\u00f9 qualificate\u00a0<\/i><b><i>Lenotre di Parigi dove conosce il grande Chef Joel Robuchon<\/i><\/b><i>. <\/i><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>L&#8217;ESPERIENZA DELLO CHEF<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p class=\"p1\"><i>Milano il Palace Hotel, a Venezia al Grand Hotel des Bains,il Grand Hotel Europa e regina, a Portofino all&#8217;Hotel Splendido, in Costa Smeralda il Grand Hotel Cala di Volpe, Cortina il Grand Hotel Miramonti,, Val Gardena l&#8217;Alpen Plaza, Madonna di Campiglio BioHotel Hermitage, Malta il Westin Palace Hotel, in Svizzera Gstaad l&#8217;Olden Hotel, a New York da Cipriani restaurant, in Francia Curchevel 1850 al Ristorante La Cendr\u00e8e, e a Cap Marten al Ristorante Le Roc Marten. A Chateaux Neuf du Pape conosce Chef di fama mondiale come\u00a0<\/i><b><i>Alain DUCASSE , Paul POMMEL<\/i><\/b><i>, con loro condivide molti aspetti della\u00a0<\/i><b><i>cucina internazionale e mediterranea<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0e ne f\u00e0 tesoro. Rientra in italia trascorre due anni a Milano in un&#8217;azienda di banqueting prestigiosa e catering che servivano le grandi firme di alta moda Paolo Cappuccio, che, dopo anni passati ai fornelli di prestigiosi ristoranti italiani e francesi, nel 2005 \u00e8 approdato a\u00a0<\/i><b><i>Madonna di Campiglio<\/i><\/b><i>: ha iniziato a stilare men\u00f9 a base di pesce di mare. Sacrilegio? Non si direbbe, visto che la\u00a0<\/i><b><i>guida Michelin<\/i><\/b><i>, nel 2009, ha deciso di\u00a0<\/i><b><i>premiarlo con l\u2019ambita stella<\/i><\/b><i>.
